For a business to be successful in the competitive market, it has to provide benefit to its stakeholders so that they can be able to help the business grow. Leadership attributes are of importance to a business, as they will dictate how the organization deals with the stakeholders. Having a vision will enable the business to attract customers and investors since they will be confident that their needs will be met. Authenticity of the leader will assure the outside world that they can trust the business, and this improves the image of the business.
